I love having borderline insane people as an integral part of my life. For example my roommate said to me at 11:40 this evening (after I had put in an 11 hour work day + 3 hours of driving and running errands, mind you), "you should watch 'Click'. It's a good movie. Get it started and I will join you when I get off the phone." After starting some laundry and getting into my pajamas I settled in to watch the movie about midnight. Rich joined me about 30 minutes into it.
I laughed and I even cried a little. No big surprise. The movie was well done and the plot reminded me somewhat of "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens. BUT the point of this entire post is the fact that the movie made me THINK - Do I spend enough time with those most important to me? Will my 50+ hours at work really pay off? Can I really prioritize things tomorrow better than I did today?
What are your priorities? And what are you going to do to keep your focus on them?
